We’re pleased to announce that we were able to donate £35,000 to Macmillan Cancer Support, Above & Beyond and the Parish of All Cannings this year. On Monday 23 June, cheques of £14,000 each were presented to Above and Beyond, the charity that supports nine hospitals in Bristol by funding research and improving patient facilities, and Macmillan Cancer Support. A cheque for £7,000 was given to All Cannings Parish Council to use to fund projects in the parish. We’ve raised £35,000 over the past two years for Cancer Research UK, Above and Beyond, The Teenage Cancer Trust and projects in All Cannings. And now we’ve doubled that in our third year. It’s a fantastic result after everyone’s hard work and the successful concert back in May.
